Antonio graduated summa cum laude in Law in 1997 at the University of Palermo.
After winning the prestigious Robert Schuman Scolarship at the European Parliament, in 2002 he completed a PhD on the Relationship between E.U. Law and National Legal Systems and since then he lectured as Adjunct Professor in Enna, Agrigento and Trapani in Public International Law, Public E.U. Law and Private International Law.
In 2000 he passed the bar exam and became a qualified Italian Lawyer registered at the local Bar of Lawyers, entitled to take cases in Italian Highest Courts (Cassazione e Consiglio di Stato).
